Meet the Team
Roy Long
State College, PA based music producer and engineer Roy Long specializes in bringing the vision of artists and musicians to life. Roy is a professional mix engineer, producer, musician, vocalist, songwriter and the owner and CEO of RAL Productions. As a music producer, Roy works with artists at various stages of their career from independent aspiring musicians to regional and national touring artists and musicians signed to major labels. His experience with many genres enables artists to bring a perceived sound and vibe into the real world.
Roy has been engineering and producing audio for over thirty years including live sound, recording, and broadcast. Originally trained in the Music/Video Business program at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Roy also holds degrees in Information Technology and Organizational Leadership from Penn State, and a masters degree in Organization Development and Change. He’s a certified specialist in Avid Pro Tools, a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES), and a voting member of the Recording Academy (Grammys).
He has worked on a variety of projects including; live and studio albums, dedicated mixing projects, live sound engineering, audio books and audio dramas, and broadcast commercials. Roy is constantly seeking out new opportunities to grow and develop his knowledge and fluency in all areas of music production and creativity.


Dannon Johnson
Dannon is an accomplished audio engineer and music producer based in Nashville, Tennessee. She is the owner of Guffy Cam Studios, a recording studio and live sound reinforcement company she built from the ground up in 2014.
A graduate of Duquesne University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in sound recording, along with a certificate in business management, equipping her with both the technical expertise and business acumen to thrive in the music industry.
Alex Sterbenz
Alex Sterbenz is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and touring musician. His musical styles range from Rock and Pop to Americana, Country and Ska. He is a BMI affiliated songwriter and the former lead guitar player a national recording and touring band.
For over a decade, Alex has thrilled fans in venues large and small from Nashville to Key West, the Hard Rock Cafe and BJC. We’re delighted to have Alex as one of our incredibly talented staff musicians and session players.
Interns
Kylor Westbrook
Kylor Westbrook is a Central Pennsylvania based audio professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production from Full Sail University. He is Avid Pro Tools certified and brings a strong foundation in recording, mixing, and studio workflow, paired with hands-on studio experience. In addition to his technical skill set, Kylor is a songwriter and recording artist, offering an artist-first perspective that informs his collaborative approach to every project.
Isaac Braucht
Current student Isaac Braucht at Commonwealth University – Mansfield is a Junior pursuing Music Technology and Music Performance (Vocal) BM degrees. He has acquired hours of experience working with ProTools at Steadman Studios and is an active member of Mansfield Opera Theatre, Mansfield Theatre Organization, Steadman Studios, and ACDA. Isaac has held the position of Social Chair for Mansfield’s chapter of ACDA and has been Secretary for Steadman Studios. He works during the semester as a stage hand and has helped livestream concerts and recitals, and additionally has provided sound support for the jazz band.
